My healing journey started 30 years ago when I noticed how sensitive my lungs were to things people took for granted- dish soap, laundry soap, fragrances etc etc. Looking for medical assistance I was told that within a few years I would be asthmatic and prescribed inhalers. I would be medically dependent for the rest of my life. This answer appalled my 24 year old self. There had to be better answers that didn't leave me vulnerable and frightened of breathe itself.

Ayurvedic aromatherapist DeAna Batdroff initiated my healing journey with Ayurveda and yoga that I could have a healthy and fragrant life. She insisted I teach yoga for my own recovery. I taught children, elders and everyone in between learning how to assist many bodies in 10-15 classes a week for a decade. My awe for this system lead me down many paths of study and practice- As a therapist in Vasant Lad's Pancha Karma Clinic for 10 years, a year in a homeopathic clinic, a year+ in the Western and Chinese herbal clinic of Dr. Tieraona Lowdog's Integrated Medicine Tree House, as well as three years in a physical therapy group practice.  As a Core Synchronism practitioner, I was one of the monthly featured Intuitives at the ARE in Virginia Beach, home of the Edgar Cayce work for a number of years doing Chakra work.

I believe that while we may not know the source of dis-ease, addressing only the body without inviting the entirety of our Being will not bring about the greatest possibility of wellness. Each new challenge a client shares with me leads the way to the my next direction of research and implimentation for the best of others.
